The training workshop will be facilitated by the founder of Asean Research Organization, Dr. Genaro V. Japos.

Research Audit for Research Management and Editorial Board Performance, a specialized training that explores strategic approaches to strengthen research governance and elevate journal quality. This program empowers participants to align institutional publications with international standards and prepare for global indexing.

Training Objectives:

1. To critically examine the strategic functions of research management in fostering a culture of publication excellence and institutional knowledge production.
2. To apply evaluative frameworks for journal governance, editorial processes, and peer-review mechanisms that align with global standards of scholarly communication.
3. To conceptualize and implement developmental pathways that enhance journal visibility, indexing readiness, and international recognition.
